I just activated my new card. The offer when I applied was (0) interest and no balance transfer fee. The citi rep said that I had two (2) choices. 1. 3% fee with 0 interest till feb 22.. 2. No transfer fee and (0) interest till dec 2021 When I called back to do the no transfer fee I was told by two different reps that there was no offer with a no transfer fee. I would like to do a no fee transfer. 18 months if possible but at least the six (6) month one. I am a retired bank manager and totally disgusted with the reps. Also, their english was terrible.
