I had fraud on my account with Citibank a year ago and have not been able to fully access my account since. I have been trying for a week to reset my pin for my debit card and use my online access. Each time I call I am told to call back later because no one can help. When I try to go online and fix the account they tell me it is inactive although when I call they say the account and the debit card is active. I am unable to get the pin code changed, each time they tell me I need to activate the pin which I have done. The card still won't work. I live on a fixed income and cannot keep relying on charity of friends and family to live. I need to be able to access my funds so that I can pay my bills and etcetera.
