Unauthorized charges to credit cards, frequently

We have never had contact or done business of any kind with Chegg and yet our credit card keeps being charged. Our bank catches the fraudulent charges, cancels the card, and reissues a new one with new numbers. Within a few months (at longest), new fraudulent charges appear, the bank cancels and reissues the card and the cycle starts again. The charges are all from Chegg and there are no common legitimate purchases that might be ⅜leaking the charge card number. Even if there were, the chances they ALL ended up with charges to Chegg and nowhere else seems suspicious.
