Electric claim ignored

I have a registered complaint with Centerpoint that is more than two weeks old. I have left three voicemails regarding it. The adjuster has never called or contacted me on claim. Their numerous "power surges" - their words - caused a running appliance to malfunction. Centerpoint auto recorded message said problem was repaired by replacing "equipment".
