Hello, I do have the warranty repair and maintenance plan. Last couple years responsiveness is very bad. We consistent missing spring winter and fall maintenance because isnoavailavleappointments Example spring maintenance date only available July 15. Scheduling practice to 8:00am to 8:00 pm you have to wait for the technician. Because is not capable to provide the service what we pay over 5years my central air broken down in the very hot weather when I try to make appointments was only available in 3-4 weeks. I pay over the 100$ monthly and cannot schedule appointments. The representative told me it is not Center point Energy problem and nothing can do. I believe is very bad business.
