Electrical Faults after Installation

on the 12 June 2021 the Technicialn came to install tracker in my car and the very same day later when i used my car i realised electrical faults, my cluster light goes on and off, radio light is off even when the radio plays but is not showing anything, the interior light also goes on and off even when doors are closed, i called car track on Monday the 14th June 2021 and complained, but still nothing was done, no even getting back to me for an update, on Tuesday 15 June 2021 i received a call from Car Tracker accounts Department telling me that they have not received any pro-rata payment and i asked them to attend to the Rubbish their Technician did on my car because i do not know if my car will burn or what, they said the matter will be escalated to the Repairs department and they will contact me soon, till today no one has called me the only thing Car Track is after is money, they do not take customer complains serious, especially the one that put my life at risk, imagine my car burning because of the faulty Fusebox, HOW CAN I TRUST CAR TRACK GOING FORWARD?Kindly note that should there be any electrical Damages on my car i will held you responsible.
