Incomplete grocery items delivered

July 9, 2021 I ordered a grocery items online thru Carrefour apps. I paid KD 7.485 the invoice delivered was KD6.635 and the items was incomplete and incorrect. I tried to contact the call center but they are not answering or maybe they are out of Staff. And the delivery man was soo lazy to bring the items. Any advice how to resolved it? Thanks
