Employee named “Sparky” at store #3614

Extremely rude employee. I searched inventory on the advance auto web site at it showed in stock for "in store pick-up" at the local carquest in Hollywood Maryland #3614. As soon as I entered the store this employee named "Sparky" was rude. He quoted me a different price then the in stock price from the advance web site and when i questioned he stated i had to buy online, when i requested where it stated that he continued to take to me rude and could not provide a legitimate answer other then it is what it is. Well, I drove to the advance auto store, where I am always treated with respect and they confirmed, the price on line IS the in store price. So I purchased it through advanced and requested they deliver it from carquest to advance for me to pick up tomorrow morning. As a business, I do not understand why you would employ an individual who treats customers like ___ and drives business away. Understand carquest is a subsidiary of advance auto, but I will never patronize any carquest again. If necessary, I will have your business transfer any parts to the local advance auto on Walton lane... or start shopping auto zone.
