Cucumber and Yogurt

The day is 2021 August 12th. I went to cargills food city balangoda branch and buy some stuffs around Rs. 10, 000/=. When i came home i checked the bill and they charged me for the cucumber from capsicum price. They just charged me 245.82/= for just 485 grams of cucumber. So i checked a cargills bill from 2021/08/07 and on that bill they charged me a whole pack of yogurt that i never bought. I bought 1 pack and they charged me for 2 packs. I just want the refund. All necessary images attached.
