Summary: In short, VACFSS office (3284 E. Broadway) received letter on Thurs April 15/21 and the letter was opened at the end. It seems perhaps by mail machine at Canada Post? Note, this letter contained confidential information. This message is for your information only and is for reporting reasons only.
