I applied for mail forwarding services through Canada post (reference number: [protected]) and the associate over the counter at Canada Post located in shoppers-drug-mart-b105884">Shoppers Drug Mart, 1530 Albion Road, M9V 1B0 persuaded me to take the 1 year service but did not mention what is not included in the services that he was offering me. I signed up for the mail forwarsding service because I wanted my personal Governement related documents to be sent to me at the new address but the service doesn't include the same. I called up the Canada Post customer service and they kept telling me that someone will call me to discuss further but haven't received a call yet. Another thing, CP also cancelled my services without my consent. Please look into the same and help me get my refund. I am extremely disappointed with the way Canada Post has been dealing with me.
