Good Morning, I have been working on this issue for over a month now and it is interfering with us refinancing our house. We filed bankruptcy 8/2011 and the second on our house was discharged. However, you guys never discharged it. I have tried several times to get this cleared up with no success. The last I heard was it was sent to another department 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything more and have no way to contact them.
