I purchase a home from Ryland/Cal Atlantic in 2017 with the windows installed by Builders First Source (according to paperwork provided by the builder). After contacting Builders First Source - they don't have my home address in their system, and asking for invoice or PO number (which I don't have, since builder Ryland/Cal Atlantic was making purchases). Community was sold to Lennar shortly after I closed on the home. One window in my home is showing sign of condensation inside the insulated glass. The window has a warranty for 10 years. Nature of the defect: Window has a condensation inside insulated pane window, there is discoloration/moisture between the glass and visible rust inside the window.
