Hello, I purchased the premium membership in October 2017. I had to redownload the app and when I did I no longer had my premium membership. I've tried several times trying to get in touch with customer service and was told my account could not be traced even after sending a screenshot of my purchase. I am very frustrated and would like a full refund or my account restored.
