Good day, I've opted (28/10/2018) for the 7day trail to learn Italian with the understanding that the app will prompt me to enquire whether I want to continue with the paid option. This had to happen yesterday but instead you just debited my account with R989.99!! This is unacceptable. As a customer I need the choice and given the fact that there is no place on your app to cancel the service, I'm being unfairly disadvantaged.
