In February we ordered 6 curtains for our nursery. We received 4 curtains in March and were informed the remaining 2 were on back order. I called and was told they were expected to ship prior to the expected ship date of 6/25 so we decided to wait. I was never told of the return policy if we decided not to wait. Seven months later we still don't have the other 2 curtains and the 4 we have are now useless. Upon calling Brylane Home back, was told they are having issues with their supplier. So why even market the curtains for sale? We are out a lot of money when the company willingly sold products they knew they didn't have in stock.
