Pending weekly cash back on crypto currency

I have not received my weekly cash back on crypto currency. I have been checking in with the help center for the last 28 hours. Every time I check in I get the same response from the chat associate at the help desk. It a technical issue that is being worked on and I should continue to check my account periodically to see if the cash back has been applied. I have made four bitcoin deposits in the last 28 hours and I would prefer using up the weekly crypto cash back before I make any more deposits. I checked the community section to see if anyone else is having this problem and I can not find anything. I did receive a 30 dollar credit and I really do appreciate it but I know with the amount of cash I lost last week because of dumb luck the weekly cash back will help ease the pain. (LOL) The cash back is always applied to my account every Tuesday before 5pm and this is the first time I have had an issue receiving the cash back on crypto currency. Here is a screenshot from the first chat session I had at 8:05pm Tuesday and as of 1:40am Thursday I still have no idea what's going on or when I will actually receive the weekly crypto cash back.
