Among the MANY complaints I have about this company and its very poor behavior, I'm at this time complaining about not receiving the papers after a month and a half from paying off my pool, so I can MYSELF go get the lien taken off (that I was NEVER told would be placed!) My property! I have paid in full, and I want the lien off my property! But after calling them a couple times, have been promised they are going to send them, and they have NOT yet!!
