Deliver of flower order

On April 26, 2021 i placed a flower order with Bloomex for flowers for my mother's 90th birthday to be delivered on April 20, 2021. She is all alone at her retirement residence and was looking forward to receiving the flowers as a birthday gift. The order was not delivered and still has not been delivered today (April 29, 2021). It should be noted that the flowers were shipped from a city only 1 hour away from where they were to be delivered. I'm sure the flower arrangement is either no longer fresh or the flowers are wilted and dying. I spoke to customer service and they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund. I just want my money back since they did not deliver on the date they were supposed to be delivered.
