Drapery Rod set

I have a expandable drapery rod set from Better Homes and Gardens, purchased at Walmart a while ago, that when my husband tried to put up the rod holders, the included screws broke off at the head. The screws are cheap and now I have pieces lodged in my window, unable to remove or put up the rod. I would hope the company replaces their faulty hardware.
