I purchased an engagement ring from Bensimon Online PTY LTD for over USD 51, 050 on November 2020 and unfortunately have neither received the ring nor the seller processes the refund for the money i transferred as he keeps making excuses. I have trued every way but it seems he is playing around and delays every week. The purchase has official Invoices, payment receipts and telegraphic transfer slips. The attached invoice shows the total amount of USD 51, 050 where the balance of USD 9, 000 is supported by the transfer slip attached that proves 100% of payment has been made on November 2020. I need help as to which direction I can go to receive a refund and what legal options I have. I would appreciate if someone can assist me please.
