not accepting kotak mahindra gift voucher ₹100 in the morning

When we reach the basking Robbins branch near moti Mahal, Jodhpur the manager didn't accept our gift vouchers amounted 100 which were provided by the Kotak Mahindra bank. He didn't want these vouchers in the morning and talking in rude behaviour. He said pls come in the afternoon not now. I want urgent action against him for his behaviour. Thank you Mayank Maheshwari
