Some BPI Bank Manager Are unwillingness to help a senior citizen which unable to make online banking. Rude and disrespectful, the senior ask help form her daughter to authorized her transaction on her behalf, unfortunately the bank manager refused to give any solution with regards the matter. The senior is not available the reason why she give authority for her daughter. However, the manager respond "dapat wala sayo ang ATM ng mama mo dahil hindi naman sayo yan" then she also said "pauwiin mo mama mo para siya mismo ang magapply ng mga documanets needed" is this how you treat client? especial a senior pensioner who is unable to make "online banking" instead of giving an alternative solution to help the senior. ungrateful and disrespectful. She shouldn't be a "bank manager"
