It has been about 10 months since I ordered this item based on the information given above. Twice I texted them about this matter. But so far I have not received any kind of information from 'Banggood' yet. From the attached invoice, it is clear that I paid in two items, insurance and tariff insurance. Ten months is a very long time to wait for an item. So I want 'Banggood' to intervene positively in this issue of mine. I hope I get the item I ordered, soon or get a refund.
