Payment Pending status even if order has been paid

My order is still marked as pending payment even when proof of successful payment was emailed already. I have sent several emails to [protected]@banggood.com & [protected]@banggood.com to follow up but I am yet to receive a response. Order details are as follows: order no [protected]. Payment was made via Gcash. Attached are the screenshots of the 1) email from Gcash confirming the successful transaction, and 2) receipt generated from the Gcash app after payment.
