Underage account

An underage female created an account stating age is 24. Sent elicit photos. How is a dating app not providing verification for accounts by age in today's electronic world? I am sick to my stomach that an underage account holder sent what I determine as disgusting and vile! I am a man of honor and want absolutely nothing to do with underage woman. How can this be allowed?
