Delivery failure and customer support

Order#8072436 Paid for it to be same day delivery on Saturday 3-27, I got an email that it was moved to Sunday. It's Monday after 3:00 EST and I'm on hold with the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Do not waste your $ with them. I was told with the first call to find the order that I should go get a snack or drink while they looked it up! I think this place is just a site that puts orders into the area florists where you need flowers. Basically and internet answering service. This was to my friend of 50 yrs who lost her mother and I am appalled and so sadly disappointed. I would like a full refund but don't expect it. This is my 2nd phone call and have been on hold 22 mins. That's what they think of your patronage. You can't do reviews on their page they are that bad.
