Thursday September 16, 2021 - I purchased coin packs. I looked in my Amazon Account - Both Amounts have been paid for - using my Amazon Gift Card. I did not receive my coin packs I purchased. I also want to add - A lot of my Merchandise that I purchased It's missing From my account from clothing to Furniture. When I edit my home's to decorate I do not see Most of my purchase merchandise. Also I noticed on my account Has been Logged in by someone that is not me. Here's a suggestion to make your account more secure Could it be possible to Add second Verification.
