I cannot believe how my phone calls to The Service department at this dealership are being repeatedly ignored. Joel was my advisor last time I was there and did not return my calls until the 3rd time I reached out. Today is "déjà vu". I am tired of being ignored. Secondly, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. July 20 at 7 am. When someone answered (in SERVICE), she said I was scheduled for 8 am even though my confirmation email clearly states 7 am.
