They claimed in a postcard they sent me that my Gap Waiver Policy with them was expiring. I do not have a policy with them. My Gap Waiver policy is good for another 2 1/2 years. Why did they try to scam me? It caused me to call several people and took up valuable time. I had to call my insurance company, and the dealership and the lender to find out it was only a sales tactic.
