Been on the phone three times about this issue. Was passed from department to department. TOLD I COULD ONLY CHANGE TO PAPER STATEMENTS ONLINE. TRIED TO CHANGE ONLINE; WAS TOLD I WAS TOO LATE (deadline was June 15). Didn't even get the notice until June 16! I DO NOT WANT PAPERLESS BILLING! I want to continue with paper statements. No one in customer service seems to be able to help me! THIS IS CRAZY!
