Misrepresentation of service contract for Galaxy phone

In June I inquired about the cost to add a phone to my existing ATT contract. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. I was informed by the rep that if I wanted to add a phone, the phone would be free and the additional services would only increase my current bill, which was around $100, an additional $30. When I got my first bill it was $264!! I called to complain and after over an hour I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manager and was sent to Customer Resolution. After about another hour the rep told me he could suspend my second line and I would be charged $10 per month for 6 months. This was absurd as now I would have a product that I could not use and obligated for 2 1/2 years to pay on the free phone. Unbelievable. I submitted a complaint through their arbitration process and got a call from Anthony, in the VP office who assured me he would look into the situation and call me back within 48 hours. That was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I have been calling the number he gave me and left several messages and he still hasn't returned any of my calls. This company is misrepresenting products, and contract prices. I would like to return this phone as well as my existing phone and not have any dealings with ATT ever again! I want to keep my existing number however.
