The delivery boy didn’t deliver my parcel to exact location.

The delivery boy messaged me, then I sent to him the address to where he will send my parcel, minutes ago he messaged me again like 3mins he's there already and I replied thank you. He's calling me but since I got patient I didn't attend his calls because I'm in my work(different branch) then he messaged me he gave my parcel to different location. He didn't follow the exact location I gave to him. I messaged him and called but he said he's in different location already. How many time I told to him to get my parcel from there and give my parcel to the address I gave to him but still he don't like. A terrible service!
