My name is Jobin m. I went to Alkhuwair Muscat branch to send an official document to Kerala, India and they gave a tracking number [protected] and i was tracking the shipment but when the person received it was empty cover. I informed this to Muscat but their response was not satisfactory! How can we trust you if you behave like this? How can i get original document? What compensations you give for my loss?
