I have connected with Ait Duct Busters LLC to obtain the replacement bulb on 3-26-21, 4-6-21, 2 times on 4-9-21, & 4-23-21. It is now 5-2-21 & I have not yet received it. My request is now either a refund of this money, or the UV bulb replacement, and continued promise for future bulbs.
