Horrible attitude, bad services and dishonest seller

Three years ago, I took loan from the company Amero Acquisition. Now these people continued to call me and asked for the debt. But I paid them money and already returned the whole sum. The agents from the company spoke with me in rude manner. I was shocked with such attitude. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
