I bought my wife a engagement ring and band set last year, September and it's starting to fade and doesn't even look like it's silver anymore. This is terrible hands work. I spent so much money on it! I am upset and want an exchange or refund asap! This is a known problem with this stores as read in the reviews! She is not happy about it at all What do I do in this case?
