I have many points-over 600, 000 Tried to get flights for my son and 3 friends for the funeral of a life-long friend who just died First it said I didn't have enough availably on our credit cards to cover the points We fixed that in a few hours Then it wouldn't let the flights go through any way I have spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to deal with this We still can't book the flights!!!
