I would like to know why you allow theft? We are a contractor and have accepted payment form customers using their express-b105579">American Express card. Some of those customer s have retracted those payments for no reason at all other than to steal from us. That is theft of service and you allow it. There is no contact from you when a customer retracts a payment. No questions asked. You just allow them to do it. Why? [protected]@gmail.com
