Rude Customer Service Representative- Jacklyn and KaTonya

Received a phone call on August 4, 2021 from JACKLYN one of the account managers. While explaining to her that my payment will be there within the next day or two, because my bank card had fraudulent activity on it and my new card should be arriving. She proceeded with a very nasty attitude, that I should go to Walmart and pay it.!!! I understand that at this point in time no one wants to work, but it's no need to be so rude. And her "SUPERVISOR (LATONYA) was no better than her. It's just awful that they work with the public. If you don't like your job QUIT!!! I would not recommend anyone to go here.
