I bought shirt and 3 CDs from the website www.alfa-matrix.com. I paid with my card for the order and the shipment. After 3 weeks I received my parcel, but the seller sent me incorrect things. I called them several times and sent emails, and the seller agreed to change things, and I sent the order back. But now, the seller argues that he never received it and he can’t return money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
