On 3/15/21, we went to the albertsons in tehachapi, ca to return two of the signature flavored southwest style medium salsa. 4 lb 6 oz (1.98kg) upc [protected] 9. We were told when we went to customer service that we were unable to return them as they were not purchased at that store. We told the woman at the counter that they were purchased in rosamond as we had the receipts. She stated that they could not be returned to tehachapi due to inventory requirements. We feel that it is wrong since the label states quality & satisfaction 100% guaranteed or your money back. We have in dealing with other stores if their chain sold the item it could be returned. Why this policy? And what happens if we were traveling and this problem had occurred? Sent them an email regarding the above problem. They never replied. Guess we will be shopping elsewhere since they do not care.
