Product when received, was not as advertised and promised refund, upon return of product was not fulfilled

20 Feb 2021 14:59:31 GMT - Transaction ID - 35687567B5612404K - Invoice - [protected] - [protected] £9.15 GBP 1 £9.15 GBP Postage and packaging £4.50 GBP Total £13.65 GBP Payment £13.65 GBP Garment, once received, was not as advertised, (Images attached) so I wanted to return it and have my outlay refunded Website access was non existent, unless you had emailed the company first. Upon return of the garment, as per their instructions, they offered a refund of £8.52 - Which I disputed. Garment was returned as per their instructions with mailing label they provided. I have just received notification from PayPal, that ZC Holding have refunded only £5.52!!! Their practices are not transparent, fair or trustworthy. I will also be reporting this company to Trading Standards.
