This company is very devious in the way they advertise their flights. 1) They show the price for 1/2 the ticket AND NOT the whole return flight. 2) I booked and paid for a return ticket with them from South Africa to Spain on British Airways. Due to my son NOT getting the visa, I cancelled the flight. I was informed that there would be a charge of 499 USD for cancellation and the balance refunded in 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted them for the refund and I was told it will take a little bit longer. Today (10 weeks later) I am told there is NO REFUND. As a South African this is a huge financial loss for me and I have just donated more than 2 000 USD for a flight that we did not take. The return date is 18 June 2018 and this cancellation is way in advance. I feel that someone is "stealing" the money. This company is also very difficult to contact.
