Refund or rebooking

Subject : PNR # CYGOLN Refund. Due to cause of ICA approval, I could not board with my family from Delhi airport to Dubai. ICA was not in-force on the 3rd of April 2021. Onward it came In-force. We came back home from the IGI (Delhi) airport. Airline is giving airport/govt. taxes only. It is nothing. I kindly let you know that Etihad airline is also giving another booking date as my friend was also travelling on the same date. Thanks & Regards Ankit Kumar Goel +[protected]
