PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CALL it will explain everything, he was very rude and wouldn't let me talk to anyone literally! then got into religion after I said my last name is "Grace, and God works in mysterious ways" he says " God has nothing to do with this..." he was inappropriate. He would not escalate it, I'm not sure why he wouldn't transfer me if we were having disagreement.
