Bought an item from Adam and Eve that never worked. Emailed them to let them know and to see what I need to do to resolve the issue. I bought it 2 months before trying. 2 months is too old for them to pull up in the system??? BS. Read their response below. Unfortunately, the order is too old for us to pull up in the system. We have checked and we actually no longer carry that item, nor is it a Adam & Eve branded item. The manufacture is "Golden Triangle" so if you would like to reach out to them to see if they can replace it, I would suggest that.
