misdirected electronic payment

3

In November 2010 I was notified that I was delinquent. I had been making electronic pymts for the last 3 1/2 yrs. I have made 8 attempts to straighten this out. I have been asked to fax my proof of pymt from my bank -- they say they never received it. I was told to scan and email it, then was told that "my cancelled check could not be read". Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this -- including having my bank submit to them via fax a statement and a request to research the errant payment, I received another letter stating that "my cancelled check would not be read". I have asked to a supervisor name and number, but they will not respond to this request.
