DMKZ5022121130, DMKZ5022121317 & DMKZ5022121496 Sent item on 21/7/2021 but untill 24/7/2021 item still in hub why so late of delivery . Call your customer service speak to SHIDAH on 24/7/2021 at 12.40pm but she just take 1 of the following parcel number and ask me to call again for another 2 parcel no for reporting . When i ask why i need to call back to report for another 2 parcel she just hang up the phone . She is very rude. What type of service of your cs . Because of the late delivery i have lost of around RM200 for my bussiness income. I need to complaint and made a claim for that item.
