I am banking with a local branch and they have had this drive through window, which was a very handy solution. Especially if you are a senior like myself, to wait under the rain for a teller to let you in is quite a challenge. I consider it inappropriate to treat customers this way. The branch is very small and to wait outside, which they have to, is to make them want to get out as soon as possible. The drive through window which the bank implemented for several branches across the state was an excellent solution. Please do open the drive through so we all make banking an enjoyable experience.
